Dry eyes may not sound so bad, but if you’ve ever had the problem, you’ll know it’s no fun. In fact, it can be downright miserable. And if you want to make it SOUND as bad as it FEELS, call it Keratoconjunctivitis sicca, which is the medical term for Dry Eye Syndrome.

These days there are even ads on television about medicines for dry eyes. (Of course! There are ads on tv for every kind of medicine you can imagine! Pharmaceuticals are big business!)

However, before resorting to prescribed medications, you might want to try a natural treatment for dry eyes. This is a great way to go since you don’t have to worry about side effects from chemicals and it is often very cost effective as well. Prescription drugs can be quite expensive!

The following is part of an article written by Amanda Pressner at Fox News which talks about home remedies to help dry eyes naturally.
Natural Treatment for Dry Eyes
Omega-3s

Best for: People who don’t like drops.

How they work: Omega-3 fatty acids may help reduce inflammation that can contribute to dry-eye syndrome (DES), a common condition that’s easily diagnosed by an eye doctor. A 2005 study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, led by investigators at Harvard Medical School, found that women who consumed the highest levels of omega-3’s in their diet had a 34 percent lower risk for DES than did others. And a 2010 study at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at

Drop the extra pounds to help reduce your arthritis symptoms. You can greatly alleviate arthritis by simply being careful to eat foods that reduce inflammation and promote good health. Less inflammation will result in healthier joints and less pain. Proper dieting is a particularly effective tool for treating rheumatoid arthritis.

Try to put more vegetables in your diet and cut out some of the meat. Studies show arthritis sufferers have less pain or inflammation from eating vegetarian. If you can’t fathom the idea of not eating meat, be sure to load up half of your plate with veggies in order to get the same benefits as those who eat them more regularly.

Non-weight bearing activities like water aerobics are best for arthritis sufferers. Aquatic activities are beneficial for loosening up joints and muscles, and the water, especially warm water, is soothing to chronic arthritis sufferers. If you cannot swim, consider signing up for a swimming class.

Keep a diary of your pain levels and triggers. Make sure you jot

Nutritionally, the different wheats are identical, with all types having some variations due to growing conditions.

The darker color of traditional “red” wheat is caused by up to three bran color genes. White wheat has no major genes for bran color, so it’s sort of like an albino wheat. It also doesn’t have the strongly-flavored phenolic compounds that are in red wheat, giving it a milder taste. Because of this lighter taste, products made with white wheat require less added sweetener to attain the same level of perceived sweetness.

The lighter flavor and color of white wheat make it a great way

Why Buy A Sony Playstation?
Long gone are those times when the flatness and basic graphics of Pac Man came to existence in the 1980′s. Today the gaming console has made major breakthroughs in gaming. A look at the Sony Playstation may just seem like a black box, but there is so much benefit to buying a Sony Playstation.

If you don’t have much recollection of the 1980′s, thinking about what kind of games were available and the consoles around you may not remember them. The 1980′s had so few gaming consoles. There was the Atari’s with there cartridge games. There was those Commodore 64′s. There was also a lot of other type of consoles, but a lot of them you had to make yourself! This was not like a Mechano kit, it took some understanding. And to further that, there were a limited range of games.

Nintendo came in and demolished the competition. Here you had the original Nintendo gaming system, and after a few years in came the SNES. Games improved and were great; however, the games only resembled the arcade genre. Though it was great to have, and you did not have to go to the arcade to play, it just couldn’t catch up

This game is a lot of fun. It’s a sort of spin-off from the role playing games, most notably, Dungeons and Dragons. But it’s not exactly the same thing either. It’s a lot of fun, and great entertainment.

The Munchkin card game comes with the following:

	For 3 to 8 players.
60 minutes of playtime.
Munchkin is a stand-alone card game designed by Steve Jackson that
“simulates” (well, sorta’) a fantasy-themed RPG (oh, ok, DnD) in a simple,
card-based game that’s chock full o’ silliness.
1,000 gold pieces equals one level.

An Introduction to the Munchkin Card Game

Reviews of the Munchkin Card Game
Here are what some people thought about this game.
— I’ve known the game Munchkin for a very long time, and have always thought it was of the most ridiculous, yet one of the most enjoyable games to play. It’s very simple, and even non-gamers can pick up the rules real quick. .. This game is best played with a group that has an interest in fantasy, as the jokes are definitely inside jokes. However, they’re likely to be the people most interested in

Ever thought about what on earth the “Freshman Fifteen” is? Can it be the title of a pop group? The freshman fifteen is essentially the phrase used to refer to the increase in weight experienced by the majority of university freshmen. All over the world, they have many names for it: Fresher spread, First year Fatties, Freshman Pounds. Freshmen add on the weight through eating less healthy cafeteria meals and going to lots of parties. The trouble with the Freshman Fifteen is that it’s very tough to burn all those excess pounds. Count yourself lucky if fifteen pounds are all you put on because really, the weight gain may not stop there.

Unfortunately, many of us carry around that freshman fifteen. They’re those remaining fifteen pounds of excess weight that simply won’t drop. They’re those fifteen pounds that make a big difference between comfy and tight. They’re those excess weight we lug around. They are the fifteen annoying unyielding pounds.

All is good and we’re happily chubby until finally out of the blue, we can’t fit into any of our clothes anymore. Chair cushions have sagged because of extra weight. We run out of breath heading up a flight of stairs. That’s when a dawning realization happens, we need to get in shape and we have to know exactly how to lose unwanted fat fast.

The first thing many people do is talk to close friends who have clearly lost weight about which weight loss plan they followed. Most of the time, buddies will let you know that their strategy to losing weight is adhering to a strict diet regime. We select a diet plan that would probably satisfy our needs from the numerous diet tips we got from buddies, then make an attempt to conduct some research on it.

We can find the needed information about the eating plan we opted for on the web or perhaps from courses, magazines and other publications. Yet another bit of advice might be exercise or diet in conjunction with exercise. There are so many exercise and training programs available. Just like those diet plans or meal plans, we just have to use our good judgement in adapting the one that we feel might work for us.

As many as there are diet and exercise strategies, you’ll also find just as many alternative weight loss strategies.

Apart from the typical power combo of diet and exercise, there are many strategies, techniques and solutions to test. Examples are: hypnotherapy, specific dietary supplements, steam or sauna sessions, skin creams and other topical applications, breathing techniques, and medical procedures. If you have tried all those fad diets and have no willpower to stick to an exercise routine, then it could very well be time for you to check out an alternative here: http://hypnosis.personal-development.info/lose-weight-fast.html.

Keep in mind all of the selections for weight loss that exist to help you. All in all the best advice is to stop procrastinating and start to invest in a weight loss program that fits your lifestyle and can help you get rid of that unwanted “freshman fifteen”.

I am now on Day 10 of the Healing Codes, but to back up and catch up a little first.. .

I usually do the second healing codes right before I go to bed. Thursday went fine, but Friday evening I was so tired, I just hit a wall and couldn’t do the second round of Day 8′s codes. So on Saturday I did the second healing code I missed on Friday the first thing in the morning, then I did the first healing code for Day 9 around noon, and the second round at bedtime, as usual.

I am continuing to do the healing codes for the minimum amount of time this first go round. That means twice a day, at the lowest amount of recommended time.

On our last group call, one person mentioned the difficulty of holding the hand positions for a code that only had one set for the entire time. Day 8 was the first time I experienced that, and she’s right. It does
